Welcome to the Southampton Steps to Wellbeing Service. We are an NHS service for people registered with a Southampton City GP offering evidence based treatment for people experiencing mild to moderate depression and anxiety based problems. We are a self-referral service which means you can contact us directly to access our services.

The Southampton Steps to Wellbeing Service comprises of three teams: Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapists (also known as CBT therapists) and an administrative support team. We are based at Grenville House in the centre of Southampton but have clinics throughout the city.
